INGREDIENTS
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (oir champagne vinegar)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup Kukui Brand Mango Chutney
Salt and pepper

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1-3/4 cup oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 8 ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend thoroughly. Slowly drip-pour 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil into mixture with motor running to create an emulsion. Continue to add the rest of the oil very slowly until the desired consistency is achieved.
Serve over Butter lettuce, mandarin orange slices, grape tomatoes and grilled chicken. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts or sesame seeds if desired.
